We are working hard to provide opportunities for every girl that desires to raise funds to do so. Please keep in mind that fundraising is a lot like working at a job in that the more hours you put in, the more money you can expect to make. We are hoping that on average we can raise about $10/hour with the events that we coordinate (that’s well above MN minimum wage of $6.15 and the federal minimum of $7.25). To break that down, if your goal is to raise $500 for the season you would need to put in around 50 hours of fundraising work. That’s about 3 hours a week between the weeks starting January 4th and ending April 30th.
Money raised will be back credited towards club dues. For instance, if a family has a $250 payment scheduled through May, and raises $350 for the season. Their April payment will be processed, their May payment will be returned, and they will receive a check for $100. If a family has paid for the season in full a check in the amount of funds raised will be sent at the end of the season.
